Haha just as the title says 'welcome!'

If your new here, your probably wondering two things;
1: What the hell is 'sad panda' o.0
2: Whats its point/purpose?

Well Sad Panda was formed in 2009 as a gaming legion/community for the MMO 'AION' by ncsoft. The name itself was chosen by amethyst (one of the first players to join) and although it was a temporary fix for an unimaginative group of people - it stuck, and the rest is history!

Sad panda was originally designed for aion exclusively but that view has had to change. So what then exactly is Its purpose? well several things really. The most important one is to keep our past/existing mermbers in touch with one another. We place a high value on what we've made and aim to expand that family into new area's of gaming together. Our secondary goal is to grow sad panda into something far greater than before - a independant online community! but all things in time, we've still got a long way to go!

Ofcourse we cant do any of it without your help!! and thats where every single person who reads this message comes in. By contributing and making our little community larger you can help us turn sad panda into something really special and ofcourse make some great friends along the way! =)
